Car
If you are traveling by car, head to Kals am Großglockner. From the center of Kals, take the L 25 road towards the Großglockner area. Continue on this road for about 6 km until you reach the parking area at the end of the road. There is a small parking fee that may apply (around €5 for a day). From the parking area, follow the marked hiking trail that leads to Staniskabach Wasserfall. The hike will take approximately 30-45 minutes.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a bus from your location in Hohe Tauern National Park to Kals am Großglockner. Check the local bus schedules for the best route, as bus services can vary. Upon arrival in Kals, you will need to walk to the L 25 road and then follow the same hiking trail leading to Staniskabach Wasserfall. Be prepared for a 30-45 minute hike from the parking area, which is accessible from the bus stop.
Hiking
Once you have parked your car or arrived by bus in Kals, locate the hiking trailhead to Staniskabach Wasserfall. The trail is well-marked and suitable for most hikers.
