Getting There

    From the Bauamt (Building Authority) in Mürzhofen, follow Alte Poststraße until you reach the forest path. Turn left at the junction and follow the path uphill through the forest. Continue until you reach a forest road, turn left again, and walk through the forest to reach the Kultstein. The walk is well-signposted.

  • Public Transport

    Take the train to Allerheiligen/Mürzhofen station. From the station, walk along Alte Poststraße towards Mürzhofen. Follow the signs for the Kultsteinweg, which will lead you to the forest path and up to the Kultstein. A single train fare from Graz to St. Lorenzen im Mürztal costs approximately €12-€17. A bus (180) also runs near St. Lorenzen im Mürztal.

  • Driving

    Take the S6 Semmering Expressway and exit at Allerheiligen/Mürzhofen. Turn right towards Mürzhofen. Parking is available in front of the Bauamt (Building Authority). From there, follow the walking directions to the Kultstein. Parking is free.
