Take bus line 172 towards 'Wartberg im Mürztal' and get off at the 'Burgruinenweg' stop, which is about a 5-minute ride. Walk approximately 1 kilometer along Burgruinenweg to reach Ruine Lichtenegg. A single fare for the bus is around €2-3.
