From Schlossbergplatz, you can either ascend the Felsensteig steps directly to the Schlossberg lift entrance, or walk around to the Schlossberg lift entrance. The Schlossbergrutsche entrance is located within the Schlossberg lift area. Walking from Jakominiplatz takes approximately 15-20 minutes. Note that the walk up the Felsensteig is steep.

    From Graz Hauptbahnhof (main train station), take tram line 1, 3, 6, 7, or 23 to Jakominiplatz. From there, follow the walking directions. Alternatively, take tram line 3 or 5 to the Schlossbergbahn stop. From there, it's a short walk to Schlossbergplatz and the Schlossberg lift. A single tram ticket costs €3 and is valid for one hour.
