The Austrian National Library, State Hall will be on your right at Josefsplatz 1.

If you are already in the Innere Stadt (First District), simply walk to Josefsplatz. From the famous St. Stephen's Cathedral, head north on Stephansplatz, then turn left onto Graben. Walk straight until you reach Josefsplatz. The Austrian National Library, State Hall is located at Josefsplatz 1, right in the center of the square.
