Ride for approximately 5 minutes and get off at the stop 'Hochstadtstraße'. After exiting the tram, walk straight on Hochstadtstraße for about 300 meters until you reach the intersection with Heiligenstädter Straße. Turn left onto Heiligenstädter Straße and continue for another 200 meters. The Vorwärts-XXI-Denkmal will be on your right.

If you're already in the vicinity of Floridsdorf, you can walk to Vorwärts-XXI-Denkmal. From the Floridsdorf town center, head towards the 'Floridsdorfer Brücke' (Floridsdorf Bridge). Cross the bridge and continue straight along the main road, which will become Heiligenstädter Straße. Walk for about 1 kilometer until you see the Vorwärts-XXI-Denkmal on your left.
