Walking
If you are already in Geras, the abbey is easily accessible on foot. From the town square, head north on Hauptstraße. The abbey is located a short distance along this road and is clearly visible. The walk is relatively flat and takes only a few minutes.
Public Transport
The nearest train station is Geras-Kottaun, which is served by the Reblaus Express. From the station, you can take a bus or walk to Geras Abbey. The walk is approximately 15 minutes, following Bahnstraße and then Hauptstraße. Check local bus schedules for connections to Geras. A single bus fare is approximately €2-3. Alternatively, taxis are usually available at the train station for around €10-15.
