From Zell am Ziller, take the regional bus towards Hainzenberg. Get off at the Hainzenberg Gerlossteinbahn stop. From there, it's a short walk to the valley station of the Gerlossteinbahn cable car. A single bus fare costs approximately €3-5. Purchase a separate ticket for the Gerlossteinbahn.
Driving
From Zell am Ziller, drive towards Hainzenberg. Follow the signs for Gerlossteinbahn. Free parking is available at the valley station. Be aware that parking may be limited during peak times. From the parking area, the Gerlossteinbahn cable car is a short walk away. In summer, a toll road is open, costing €10 for a round trip.
Cable Car
The final approach to the toboggan run is via the Gerlossteinbahn cable car. Purchase a ticket at the valley station. A round trip ticket costs €23 for adults and €11.50 for children. The cable car operates daily, with extended hours on certain evenings. In winter, the cable car is the only access to the hotel.
