Follow the M1 for about 25 kilometers until you reach the city limits. Once you enter Baku, keep an eye out for road signs that indicate directions to the 'Baku Boulevard' area. As you approach the city center, you will want to take the exit towards 'Baku Boulevard'. After exiting, follow the road signs until you reach the viewpoint at the address: 9R8V+PV, Baku. Parking is available nearby, but may incur a small fee.

To reach Baku via public transportation, you can take a bus or a minibus (marshrutka) from various points in Absheron Peninsula. Look for buses heading towards Baku, which usually display 'Baku' or 'Baku Central' on their front. The trip may take around 30 to 45 minutes depending on traffic.
