Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car, start from the main entrance of Lawachara National Park. Head east on the road leading out of the park towards the town of Srimangal. After approximately 5 kilometers, take a left turn onto the road leading to Rema Kalenga Wildlife Sanctuary. Continue for another 3 kilometers. Look for signs directing you to নিতেশ্বর লেক (Niteshwar Lake) on your right. The lake is located about 1 kilometer down this road. Parking is available near the lake, but be cautious of the narrow roads.

• Public Transportation

  For those using public transportation, begin your journey from Srimangal. Take a local bus or auto-rickshaw to Lawachara National Park. Once you arrive at the park entrance, look for local transport services that can take you closer to নিতেশ্বর লেক. It's advisable to ask the driver to drop you off at the closest point, which is about 1 kilometer from the lake. From there, you can enjoy a short walk to reach the lake. Ensure to confirm the fare beforehand, as it may vary.

• Walking

  If you're already within Lawachara National Park and prefer to walk, start from the visitor center or the main trails. Follow the marked trails leading east out of the park. After about 2 kilometers, you should see signs indicating the direction to নিতেশ্বর লেক. The walk may take around 30-40 minutes, and it is advisable to wear comfortable shoes and carry water, as the path may be uneven.
