Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car within the Madhupur Tract, head towards the town of Madhupur and take the N2 highway towards Dhaka. Continue on this road for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the outskirts of Dhaka. Follow the signs for Kotwali. Once in Kotwali, navigate to Johnson Rd, where Bahadur Shah Park is located. There is usually street parking available nearby, but be mindful of local parking regulations.

• Public Transportation (Bus)

  From Madhupur, you can take a bus heading to Dhaka. Buses are available from the main bus terminal in Madhupur. The fare is typically around 100-150 BDT. Once you arrive at the Dhaka bus terminal, look for local transport options like auto-rickshaws or cycle-rickshaws to take you to Johnson Rd. The ride from the terminal to Bahadur Shah Park will cost you approximately 50-100 BDT.

• Public Transportation (Train)

  You can also opt for a train from Madhupur to Dhaka. Check the Bangladesh Railway schedule to find a suitable train. The ticket price ranges from 50-200 BDT depending on the class. Once you arrive at Dhaka's Kamalapur Railway Station, take a local bus or auto-rickshaw to Johnson Rd. The auto-rickshaw fare will be around 100 BDT.

• Auto-rickshaw

  If you're already in Dhaka, you can hire an auto-rickshaw to take you directly to Bahadur Shah Park. Make sure to negotiate the fare beforehand; it should cost around 70-150 BDT depending on your starting point in Dhaka.
