Car
From Valkenburg, head northwest on Oosterweg toward Rijksweg/N590. Turn left onto Rijksweg/N590, and continue to follow N590 for about 5 km. Take the ramp onto A76 toward Aachen. Continue on A76 for approximately 9 km, then take the exit toward Aachen-Brand/N274. Merge onto B299, and follow signs for Aachen. Continue on B299 until you reach Aachen, then follow the signs for 'Dom' to Johannes-Paul-II-Straße where the Aachen Cathedral Treasury is located. Expect parking fees in the city center.

Public Transport
From Valkenburg, take a bus (line 50) from Valkenburg Station towards Heerlen. Get off at Heerlen Station and transfer to a train heading towards Aachen Hbf. Once you arrive at Aachen Hbf, exit the station and take bus line 11 or 21 towards 'Dom'. Get off at the 'Dom' stop, and it is a short walk to the Aachen Cathedral Treasury at Johannes-Paul-II-Straße. Make sure to check the schedules for bus and train services, and be aware that you may need to purchase separate tickets for the bus and train.
