From Punta Gorda, head to the local bus terminal located near the center of town. Look for buses heading towards the town of San Antonio or El Progresso. The fare is usually around BZD 2-3. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the junction for Actun Tunichil Muknal. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes.

Once you get off the bus at the junction, you will see a sign for Actun Tunichil Muknal. Walk along the dirt road for about 1 mile (1.5 km). The road may be uneven, so wear appropriate footwear. Continue straight until you reach the entrance of the ATM Cave, where you will need to check in and pay any applicable entrance fees.
