From Sarteneja, head south on the main road towards Corozal. After approximately 12 km, turn left onto the road leading to the Belize-Mexico border. Follow the signs to the border crossing. After crossing the border into Mexico, continue straight until you reach the town of Bacalar. Balneario Lol-Ha is located at Carrtera federal Chetumal, km 9, Bacalar, Q.R., Mexico. Look for signs along the road to direct you to the beach entrance.

Public Transportation
Starting from Sarteneja, take a taxi or local bus to Corozal town. From Corozal, find a bus heading to Chetumal, Mexico. The trip should take about 30-45 minutes. Once in Chetumal, you can take a local taxi to Bacalar. Request the driver to take you to Carrtera federal Chetumal, km 9, where Balneario Lol-Ha is located. Keep some pesos handy for the taxi fare, which may vary from 100 to 200 pesos.

For the more adventurous, consider biking from Sarteneja to Bacalar. Head south on the main road and follow it until you reach the Belize-Mexico border.
