From Jakar town center, head southwest on the main road towards the Jakar Dzong. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with a sign for Tamshing Lhakhang. Turn left at the sign and follow the dirt path. After another 15 minutes of walking, you'll see the beautiful Tamshing Lhakhang on your right.

Rent a bicycle in Jakar town. Start from the main square and bike towards Jakar Dzong. Once you reach the dzong, take the road heading southwest. After approximately 2 kilometers, look for a sign pointing towards Tamshing Lhakhang and turn left. Continue biking for another kilometer until you reach the temple.
