After approximately 20 minutes of walking, you will reach the area near Tandigang parking, which is located at the coordinates JMRG+PWM. Look for the parking area on your right side.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Bumthang. From the town center, cycle south along the Bumthang-Jakar Highway. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes depending on your speed. You will pass several landmarks including local homes and fields. Stay on the main road and look for signs indicating Tandigang. The parking area is situated at the coordinates JMRG+PWM, and you will find it on your right as you approach.

For those looking to enjoy a longer trek, start your hike from the Jakar Dzong. Follow the path that leads away from the Dzong towards the Bumthang-Jakar Highway. Once you reach the highway, turn south and continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers. This scenic route will take you through beautiful landscapes. After about 30-40 minutes of hiking, you will arrive at the vicinity of Tandigang parking, located at JMRG+PWM. The area is well-marked, and you will see the parking spot on your right.
