Continue straight for about 1 kilometer, passing by the Clock Tower and Tashichho Dzong. After you cross the bridge over the Wang Chhu River, take a left turn onto Pedzoe Lam. The National Library & Archives of Bhutan will be on your left, approximately 500 meters down the road. Look for the building with traditional Bhutanese architecture. Parking is available nearby.
