Car

From La Paz Valley, head southeast on Av. 20 de Octubre. Continue for approximately 5 kilometers until you reach Plaza Abaroa. Turn right onto Calle 21 de Calacoto and follow the road until you see signs for Mirador Virgen Blanca. There will be a parking area available nearby. Please note that parking may incur a fee, typically around 5-10 BOB.
Public Transportation

To reach Mirador Virgen Blanca via public transport, take an 'El Alto' minibus (bus number 25 or similar) from Av. 20 de Octubre in La Paz. Inform the driver that you are heading to 'Mirador Virgen Blanca' and they will drop you off close to the entrance. The fare should cost around 2 BOB. After disembarking, walk approximately 300 meters uphill towards the observation deck, following the signs.
