Find a Trufi stop, usually indicated with a sign. You can catch a Trufi that goes directly to El Alto. Look for one that has 'El Alto' or 'Coliseo' on its front. The fare is around 5 Bolivianos. The Trufi will take you directly to the vicinity of Cholitas Wrestling. Once you arrive in El Alto, it's a short walk to Av. Rodolfo Palenque. Ask the driver to drop you off near the Coliseo for easy access.
