If you're driving from the city center of Puno, head northeast on Av. Titicaca towards Av. El Puerto. Continue straight on Av. El Puerto until you reach the intersection with Av. Circunvalación. Turn left on Av. Circunvalación and follow it as it curves around the city. After about 5 km, you'll see signs for Mirador Puma de Puno. Turn left onto a smaller road, and follow it for about 1 km to reach the observation deck. There is a small parking area available.

To reach Mirador Puma de Puno using public transportation, take a local bus or taxi from the Puno city center. Look for buses marked 'Mirador' or ask locals for directions to the bus that goes to the observation deck. The fare should be around 2-5 PEN (Peruvian Soles). After approximately 20 minutes, request the driver to drop you off at the designated stop for Mirador Puma de Puno. From there, it’s a short 10-minute walk uphill to the observation deck itself.

If you're feeling adventurous and would like to walk to Mirador Puma de Puno from the city center, start by heading northeast on Av. Titicaca, then take Av. El Puerto towards Av. Circunvalación.
