For those using public transportation, take a minibus from La Paz heading to Coroico. The journey typically takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Ask the driver to drop you off at Bella Vista. From the drop-off point, you can either walk the remaining distance (approximately 30-40 minutes) or hire a local taxi to take you directly to Cotapata National Park for about 30 BOB. Be sure to confirm the taxi fare before starting your journey.

If you prefer to walk from Bella Vista to Cotapata National Park, head south from the center of Bella Vista, following the road signs for the park.
