From the main bus terminal (Terminal Rodoviário Rita Maria) in Florianópolis, take a bus to Pântano do Sul. Look for the 'Pântano do Sul' sign on the buses as they leave the terminal. The journey takes approximately 50 minutes. Once you arrive at the Pântano do Sul bus stop, exit the bus.

After exiting the bus at the Pântano do Sul stop, head south for about 300 meters along Rua Afonso de Freitas until you reach the beach. Continue walking along the beach until you see a trail on your left leading into the forest. The trail will take you towards Caverna do Pântano do Sul. Follow the path for about 15-20 minutes, and you will arrive at the cave.
