From Foz do Iguaçu city center, take bus 120, which departs from the Terminal de Transportes Urbanos (TTU) and travels along Avenida das Cataratas. The fare is approximately R$5. The bus will take you to the entrance of Iguaçu National Park. From there, follow the signs to Caminho das Cataratas, a 1.5km walk along a paved path.

Take a taxi or ride-sharing service from Foz do Iguaçu to the entrance of Iguaçu National Park. The drive takes about 20 minutes, depending on traffic. A taxi ride will cost approximately R$50. From the park entrance, it is a 1.5km walk to Caminho das Cataratas.
