The Trail of 7 Beaches (Trilha das Sete Praias) in Ubatuba is a stunning 10 km coastal hike that connects some of the region's most beautiful beaches. Starting at Praia da Lagoinha and ending at Praia da Fortaleza, the trail offers a diverse landscape of sandy stretches, rocky paths, and lush green cliffs.

- Bring plenty of water and snacks, as the trail is 10 km long and can take several hours to complete.
- Wear appropriate footwear for hiking on varied terrain, including sandy and rocky sections.
- Consider taking a boat back from Praia Grande do Bonete to avoid walking the entire trail back.
- Visit the natural pool on the right side of Praia da Fortaleza for snorkeling.
- Be prepared for some steep climbs and descents, especially on the section between Praia do Cedro and Praia da Fortaleza.

Walking
From Praia Dura, follow Avenida Uniflora, a winding road that leads to Praia da Fortaleza. The road is narrow with curves, so drive carefully. Once you arrive at Praia da Fortaleza, the trailhead is located on the right side of the beach, near the Pontão da Fortaleza. There is no cost to access the beach or trail.

Public Transport
From the Ubatuba city center, take a bus towards Praia Dura or Praia da Fortaleza. Buses are frequent and flexible. Get off at the Praia Dura bus stop and follow Avenida Uniflora to Praia da Fortaleza. Bus fares typically cost R$4.50.
