From the center of Recife Antigo, head south towards Rua do Bom Jesus. Walk along this street until you reach the intersection with Rua da Moeda. Turn left onto Rua da Moeda and continue straight until you reach the end of the street. You will come to a large intersection with Avenida do Contorno. Cross Avenida do Contorno and continue straight ahead; you will see the Pernambuco State Museum on your right after a short walk.
