Walk down Rua Visconde de Pirajá until you reach the intersection with Avenida Ataulfo de Paiva, then turn right onto Avenida Ataulfo de Paiva. Continue walking until you reach the Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas. You will see Parque dos Patins on your left along Avenida Borges de Medeiros.
