If you are near a subway station, head to the nearest station and take the Line 1 (Orange Line) towards General Osório. Get off at the Cardeal Arcoverde Station. Exit the station and walk towards Avenida Nossa Senhora de Copacabana. From there, turn left and walk for about 10 minutes until you reach Rua Barata Ribeiro. The RIO-CARNIVAL is located at number 489.
