Begin your journey at the Ipanema/General Osório Metro Station. Take the metro towards 'Botafogo'. At Botafogo Station, transfer to the 'C' line towards 'Jardim Oceânico' and get off at 'Alto do Boa Vista'. Once you exit the station, look for the bus stop and take the bus '174' or '2018' to 'Alto da Boa Vista'. After getting off at the 'Alto da Boa Vista' stop, walk about 1.5 kilometers uphill to reach the waterfall.
