From the main entrance of Serra dos Órgãos National Park, head south on BR-116. Continue for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the exit for Rio de Janeiro (BR-040). Merge onto BR-040 and follow the signs towards Rio de Janeiro. After about 45 kilometers, take the exit towards Avenida Brasil (RJ-008) in the direction of Gamboa.
