Walking
From the Teresópolis entrance of Parque Nacional Serra dos Órgãos, Poço do Castelo is a short, easy walk. After entering the park, follow the Estrada da Barragem (Dam Road) for approximately 100 meters. The pool entrance will be on your right. The walk is generally flat and well-maintained.

Public Transport
To reach the Teresópolis entrance of the park from downtown Teresópolis, take the 'Soberbo' bus (approximately R$4). Alternatively, take the more frequent 'Alto' bus and get off at Praçinha do Alto, from where it's a 10-minute walk south to the park's main entrance. From the park entrance, follow the walking directions to Poço do Castelo.

From downtown Teresópolis, a taxi or ride-share to the Teresópolis entrance of Parque Nacional Serra dos Órgãos will cost approximately R$30. From the park entrance, follow the walking directions to Poço do Castelo. Note that there may be an entrance fee to the park.
