    If driving, head to the main entrance of Serra dos Órgãos National Park in Teresópolis, off the BR-116 Rio–Teresópolis highway. From the park entrance, take Estrada do Parque Nacional for approximately 6 kilometers until you reach Mirante Mozart Catão. Parking is available near the viewpoint. From there, Parnaso - Fritz is a short walk away, near the climbing routes. Park entrance fee is approximately R$52 per trail.

    Take a bus from Teresópolis city center to the Serra dos Órgãos National Park entrance. Buses are available from the main bus terminal (Rodoviária de Teresópolis). After arriving at the park entrance, walk approximately 6 kilometers along Estrada do Parque Nacional to reach Mirante Mozart Catão. The walk may take around 1.5 to 2 hours. From the Mirante, Parnaso - Fritz is a short walk away. Bus fare from Teresópolis to the park entrance is approximately R$4. Park entrance fee is approximately R$52 per trail.
