From downtown Teresópolis, take a 'Soberbo' bus (approx. R$4) towards the park entrance. Alternatively, take the more frequent 'Alto' bus and get off at Praçinha do Alto, followed by a 10-minute walk south to the park's main entrance. From the park entrance, you may need to walk approximately 3 kilometers along a well-maintained path to reach the Barragem. Check bus schedules for return trips.

Take a taxi or ride-sharing service from Teresópolis directly to the Barragem Parque Nacional da Serra dos Órgãos. The taxi ride from Teresópolis to the park entrance costs around R$30. Confirm the fare beforehand.

Driving
If driving from Teresópolis, head south on BR-116 and take the exit towards the park entrance after about 10 kilometers. Follow the signs to the park entrance and continue on the main road until you reach the Barragem. Parking is available near the dam. Note that there may be parking fees.
