The Virgin Islands Children's Museum (VICM) is a vibrant and engaging space where dynamic play inspires a love of learning. Located in the Buccaneer Mall on St. Thomas, the museum offers a range of interactive exhibits designed to stimulate young minds and create lasting memories for families. VICM is dedicated to providing unique and inspiring experiences through exhibits and educational programming specifically designed for children. Exhibits appeal to a wide range of ages, but are mostly geared towards children ages 2-12. The museum's exhibits encourage creativity, development, and education. Some of the exhibits include a Mango Farm, Tree Towers, Gears, World Map, Reading Nook, Interactive Flow Projection, Light Tables, Giant Light Bright, Rig-ama-jig, 3D Printing, Pan Geo and a Water Table. The VICM is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that relies on grants, contributions, donations, museum memberships, and admissions to sustain its operations. The museum is committed to being an all-inclusive education resource, placing a high importance on providing programs accessible to low-income families. The VICM also serves as the Dolly Parton's Imagination Library program affiliate in the USVI, which gifts books to children until they begin school.
