Getting There

  • Taxi

    From Charlotte Amalie or the cruise port, taxis are readily available to Coki Point. The ride is approximately 25 minutes from the cruise port. Expect to pay around $15 per person from Charlotte Amalie to Coki Beach. Taxis can also be found in populated areas and hotels. Ensure the taxi is licensed.

  • Public Transport

    The VITRAN bus system has a route (401 Red Hook/Smith Bay) that stops at Smith Bay Rd, East | Louie's Market, about an 11-minute walk to Coki Point. However, the bus service is infrequent, so plan accordingly. The nearest bus station to Coki Point Beach is Smith Bay Rd. / Coki Point Rd, which is a 12-minute walk away.

  • Driving

    If driving, there is a small paid parking lot at Coki Beach for $5. Arrive early to secure a spot, as it fills up quickly. Roadside parking is also available. Be aware that parking can be challenging on crowded days.
