If you are starting from the Burgas City Center, head towards the pedestrian street, Aleksandrovska. Walk straight along this street until you reach the intersection with Bogoridi Street. Turn right onto Bogoridi Street and continue walking until you reach the Sea Garden (Morska Gradina). Once you enter the Sea Garden, you will see signs directing you to the Pantheon of the Fallen Antifascists. Follow the paths through the park; the Pantheon is located at the northern end of the Sea Garden, near the coastline.

From the Burgas bus station, take bus number 15 towards the Sea Garden. The journey will take about 15 minutes. Get off at the stop named 'Sea Garden' (Morska Gradina). After exiting the bus, head towards the entrance of the park. Once inside, look for directional signs that will guide you to the Pantheon of the Fallen Antifascists located at the northern end of the Sea Garden.
