If you are driving, start from the center of Obzor. Head north on the main road (E87) towards Varna. Continue on this road for about 40 km until you reach Varna. Once you arrive in Varna, follow the signs for the city center. As you approach the city, look for signs leading to the 'Sea Garden' (Морската градина). Once you are near the Sea Garden, find parking in the nearby lots. The Public Astronomical Observatory and Planetarium 'Nicolaus Copernicus' is located at the entrance to the Sea Garden, specifically at 'Вход на морска градина, Приморски, 9002 Varna.' It should be a short walk from your parking spot.

To reach the observatory using public transportation, start at the central bus station in Obzor. Take a bus heading towards Varna; these buses typically run every hour or so. The travel time is approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Varna bus station, exit the station and look for bus number 148 or 409, which travels towards the Sea Garden. Get off at the stop 'Морската градина' (Sea Garden). From there, it’s just a short walk to the Public Astronomical Observatory and Planetarium 'Nicolaus Copernicus', which is located at the entrance of the Sea Garden.
