Car
If you're driving, start your journey from the nearest town, Borovets. Head south on the main road (E79) towards Samokov. After approximately 10 km, turn left onto the road leading to the Rila Monastery. Continue for about 15 km until you reach the parking area at the foot of Musala Mountain, which is well marked. The coordinates for the parking area are approximately 42.2442334, 23.6104254.

Public Transportation
To reach the Tracking Trail to Musala viewpoint via public transport, take a bus from Sofia to Borovets. Buses from Sofia to Borovets leave from the Central Bus Station and take about 1.5 hours. Once you arrive in Borovets, you can either hike to the track or take a taxi to the base of the trail leading to Musala. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as service may be limited.

Upon arriving at the parking area, there are clear signs marking the trail to the Musala viewpoint. The hike is about 4 km uphill and will take approximately 2 hours.
