If you are traveling by car, start from the town of Bansko. Head south on the main road (E-79) towards the village of Dobrinishte. Continue on this road until you reach the town of Razlog. From Razlog, take the road signs to Rila Monastery. Follow the signs to Rila National Park. The parking area is located near the entrance to the park. From the parking lot, you will need to hike approximately 3 km to reach the Rila National Park - Hiking Trail Viewpoint.

To reach Rila National Park via public transportation, you can take a bus from Sofia to the town of Rila. Buses depart from the Central Bus Station in Sofia several times a day, and the journey takes approximately 2.5 hours. Once in Rila, you can take a taxi or a local bus to the entrance of Rila National Park. After arriving at the park entrance, you will need to hike about 3 km to reach the Rila National Park - Hiking Trail Viewpoint. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance to plan your return trip.
