If you are near the Varna Opera House, take bus number 148 or 148A from the nearest bus stop. Ride for 4 stops (approximately 10 minutes), then get off at the stop named 'Централна поща'. From there, walk east along бул. „Христо Ботев“ for about 200 meters, and you will see the Clock Tower on your left at бул. „Христо Ботев“ 1910.
