Walking
If you are in the center of Espargos, head south toward the main road Avenida 5 de Julho. Walk straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Avenida dos Pescadores. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes until you see signs for Santa Maria. Follow the signs, and you will eventually enter the town of Santa Maria. Once in Santa Maria, keep walking straight until you approach the beach area. The Scuba Team Cabo Verde - Diving Club is located at H3XR+2P4, which is just a short walk from the beach near the main tourist area.

Public Transport (Bus)
From Espargos, you can take a local minibus (also known as 'aluguer') towards Santa Maria. Head to the main bus station located near the center of Espargos. Look for the buses marked for Santa Maria; they usually leave frequently. The ride will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Santa Maria, ask the driver to drop you off near the beach area. From there, walk towards H3XR+2P4; it should take you about 10 minutes on foot.
