Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the center of UC Berkeley Campus, head south towards the Main Library. From the library, take the path that goes south until you reach the intersection at Bancroft Way. Turn left (east) on Bancroft Way and walk until you reach the intersection with College Avenue. Continue walking straight; South Hall will be on your left just before you reach the next intersection at Telegraph Avenue.

    From Sproul Plaza, walk towards the south exit of the plaza and head down the steps towards Bancroft Way. Once you reach Bancroft Way, turn right and continue walking east. South Hall is located on your left-hand side just before you reach College Avenue.

  • Public Transit (Bus)

    If you are near the campus's north side, you can take the AC Transit bus. Board the bus at any of the stops on campus that serve the 51B line, which travels down to South Berkeley. Get off at the stop at Bancroft Way and College Avenue. From there, it's a short walk west along Bancroft Way to South Hall, which will be on your right.
