If you are in Big Sur Village, start by heading north on California State Route 1 (Pacific Coast Highway). The walk is approximately 2 miles, and you should enjoy the stunning views of the coastline along the way. Once you reach the trailhead, follow the clearly marked path that leads to McWay Falls, which is about a 0.5-mile walk. The trail is well-maintained and should take around 10 minutes to reach the viewpoint.

If you are biking from Big Sur Village, head north on California State Route 1 (Pacific Coast Highway). The ride is about 2 miles with beautiful coastal views. Look for the McWay Falls trailhead sign on your left. Once you arrive at the trailhead, park your bike in the designated area. From there, take the short, well-marked trail to McWay Falls, which is approximately 0.5 miles and takes about 10 minutes to walk.
