Four Lanterns Winery, a family-owned and operated estate, is nestled on the west side of Paso Robles, in the Willow Creek District. Steve and Jackie Gleason, after years of visiting and appreciating Paso Robles wines, decided to leave their corporate careers and embark on a wine-making adventure, establishing Four Lanterns in 2013 and opening the tasting room in 2014. The winery's name pays homage to their four daughters, who even designed the initial wine labels.Located on 35 acres, the winery features a tasting room in a historic barn, a state-of-the-art production facility, and a farmhouse vacation rental. The vineyards are organically farmed, taking advantage of the area's hot days, cool nights, and calcareous soil. The Gleasons cultivate Rhône, Bordeaux, and Spanish varietals, crafting balanced and complex wines that reflect the terroir of their estate.Visitors can enjoy wine tastings, vineyard tours, and live music events. The tasting room showcases local art and artisanal spices, creating a unique and authentic wine-tasting experience.
