From Daly City, head to the Daly City BART station located at 500 John Daly Blvd. Take the BART train towards San Francisco/Daly City. Get off at the Embarcadero station. From Embarcadero, transfer to the Muni F-Line streetcar towards Fisherman's Wharf. Ride the streetcar until you reach the Fisherman's Wharf stop. Once you arrive, walk towards Pier 43 1/2, which is a short 5-minute walk from the stop.
