From Menlo Park, head to the nearest bus stop. Take the SamTrans bus route 295 towards Woodside. Stay on the bus for approximately 25 minutes. Get off at the stop at Cañada Road and Woodside Road. Walk south on Cañada Road for about 1 mile until you reach the entrance to Filoli Historic House & Garden, which will be on your right. The total travel time is approximately 40-50 minutes depending on wait times.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local bike rental shops in Menlo Park. Start by heading east on Santa Cruz Avenue, then turn left on El Camino Real. Follow El Camino Real until you reach Woodside Road. Turn right on Woodside Road and continue until you reach Cañada Road. Turn left onto Cañada Road and ride for about 1 mile. Filoli will be on your right. The ride will take around 30-40 minutes depending on your cycling speed.
