Start at the Redwood City Caltrain Station located at 201 E Broadway St. Exit the station and head south on Broadway St towards Main St. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Main St. Here, you can take a left turn onto Main St. Follow Main St, which will eventually merge into El Camino Real (CA-82). Continue walking north for about 1.5 miles. You will see various shops and restaurants along the way, so feel free to explore. Once you reach the intersection of El Camino Real and Woodside Rd, cross the street carefully. After crossing, continue walking straight until you reach the entrance of I-280. You will notice the Ralph D. Percival Memorial Vista Point on your right. The scenic viewpoint is easily accessible from the sidewalk.

From the Redwood City Caltrain Station, board the SamTrans Bus Route 297 towards the San Carlos Transit Center. This bus stop is located right outside the station. Ride the bus for about 10 minutes and get off at the stop near the intersection of Woodside Rd and I-280. Once you disembark, walk east on Woodside Rd until you reach the entrance of I-280. The Ralph D. Percival Memorial Vista Point is just a short walk from there, located on your right. Be sure to follow the pedestrian pathways for safety.
