Start at the Monterey Transit Plaza (located at 1 Minerva St, Monterey, CA 93940). From the Transit Plaza, head south on Del Monte Ave toward the intersection with Pacific St. Turn left onto Pacific St and walk until you reach the intersection with Lighthouse Ave. Continue straight; Lighthouse Ave will become Ocean Ave. Keep walking until you reach San Carlos St. Turn left onto San Carlos St and walk towards Carmel-By-The-Sea.
