Driving
From I-880, take the 7th Street exit towards West Grand Avenue. Turn left onto 7th Street, and continue for about a mile until you reach the intersection with Middle Harbor Road. The park entrance will be at this intersection. Parking is ample and free within the park. Be aware of truck traffic in the area.

Public Transport
While AC Transit bus line 13 no longer directly serves the Middle Harbor area, the West Oakland BART station is the closest public transportation hub. From there, it's approximately a 2-mile ride by taxi, rideshare, or bicycle to the park. A taxi or rideshare from the BART station will cost approximately $10-15. Note that walking from the BART station is not recommended due to heavy traffic and lack of sidewalks.

Middle Harbor Shoreline Park is accessible by bike, but cyclists should be aware of heavy truck traffic, especially during weekdays. From West Oakland, navigate to 7th Street and head west. Follow 7th Street until you reach Middle Harbor Road, where you'll find the park entrance. There are bike racks available within the park.
