Walking
From the Danville City Hall located at 427 Patton St, head west on Patton St towards Main St. Turn left onto Main St and continue for about 0.4 miles until you reach the intersection with Craghead St. Turn right onto Craghead St and walk for another 0.3 miles. You will then reach the Dan River. Continue walking along the river until you see the pedestrian bridge. Cross the bridge and follow the path along the riverbank until you reach the intersection with Water St. Turn right onto Water St, and you will find Jack London Square at 472 Water St.

From the Danville Transit Center located at 275 S Main St, take Bus Route 1 towards the River District. Ride the bus for approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the stop at the intersection of Main St and Craghead St. Walk west on Main St for about 0.4 miles until you reach Craghead St. Turn right onto Craghead St and walk for another 0.3 miles until you reach the Dan River. Follow the riverbank path, cross the pedestrian bridge, and continue along the river until you reach Water St. Turn right onto Water St to find Jack London Square.
