If you are near the 12th Street Oakland City Center BART station, take the BART train towards the 'Richmond' direction. Get off at the 'Embarcadero' station (this is a stop in San Francisco, so you will need to pay a fare of approximately $4.50). From the Embarcadero station, exit and head towards the ferry terminal. You can take the Oakland Ferry back to Jack London Square, which costs around $7.00. The ferry ride offers beautiful views of the bay, and it will drop you off directly at Jack London Square.
